The service
ssyncc is a landing page builder for podcasts, radio shows, and radio stations. It allows users to create customised showcase pages for their own brand.
Important: we do not host audio content
ssyncc does not store or transmit audio files. Podcast episodes come from the RSS feed supplied by the user and are served from the feed host's own server (e.g. Anchor, Megaphone, Buzzsprout). Live radio streams run on the broadcasters' own Icecast/Shoutcast infrastructure. ssyncc provides only metadata and the user interface.
Governing law
The operator is a company incorporated under English law. Any dispute relating to the service is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, except where consumer protection laws permit a claim to be brought before another national court.
